Lancome Taupe Craze Dupe?!

Hello everyone! :) 

I’m back today with a post about this possible dupe of Lancome Color Design Palette in Taupe Craze.

I LOVE Lancome Color Design Palettes. They are my holy grail eyeshadows. The thing with these palettes is the killer price. $48!!! Yea .. it’s pretty crazy. What’s crazier is that I’ve purchased quite a few of these.

The very first one I purchased was Taupe Craze … because who isn’t obsessed with neutral colors - especially TAUPE. lol

Well if you don’t want to splurge on these buttery shimmery shadows (try saying that fast 3 times) … then I’ve got a close dupe for you. 

NYX’s Spring 2013 collection has a bunch of new palettes, glosses, setting sprays (btw, I have those setting sprays and they’re awesome!), and other goodies. 

I went to ULTA yesterday where they had 50% off all NYX cosmetics so I purchased one of the palettes called Meet My Romeo. I swatched it at home and realized that these colors are awfully similar to Taupe Craze! 

Let me tell you … I’d rather spend $8 (I paid $4 cause of the sale) than $48 for eyeshadows. This is an AMAZING dupe. Here are my photos:

My photos may not be that good but believe me … they are VERY comparable. ULTA has both high end and drugstore makeup. So swatch the NYX palette (yes they have testers) and then the Lancome Palette. You can’t go wrong. Also, from looking at the other palettes in this line, there are MORE Lancome dupes …. so happy shopping!! :)
